Kindergarten Information

Kindergarten classrooms in Golden Hills are great places to learn and grow, in schools that are family-friendly, welcoming, safe and caring. Our classrooms provide students with the opportunity to be curious while fostering social, emotional and creative learning. Students in kindergarten experience a balance of academic learning with song, movement, talk, and stimulating play.

This is an exciting time for both you and your child and we are here to support your child's kindergarten experience. Our schools value and encourage relationships with families and we invite you to contact your school and begin the journey that will enrich your child's experience and success at school.

When can my child start kindergarten?

Your child can start kindergarten if they will be 5 years old by December 31 for the 2021-2022 school year. Children who are six years old as of September 1 must start Grade 1.
