Golden Hills School Division is very pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Cool to the position of Acting Vice Principal of Westmount School, commencing the 2025/2026 school year.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from Mount Royal University and a Master of Education with a specialization in Educational Research, Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Calgary.

Rachel has been with the Golden Hills School Division as a teacher at Crowther Memorial Jr. High School and has also gained valuable leadership experience working as an Instructional Coach. Her commitment to fostering a positive school culture of collaboration, high expectations, and meaningful support for both students and staff will serve her well in her new administrative role.
