Golden Hills School Division is very pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Baxter to the position of Acting Principal of Carseland School commencing the 2025/2026 school year.

Adam brings a wealth of experience and dedication to this role. He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and a Master of Education, Educational Research – Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Calgary.

Adam is currently the Vice Principal of Westmount School, and prior to that, was a teacher at Wheatland Crossing School. Adam has over 11 years of teaching experience with Golden Hills. We feel that his commitment to teaching, building positive student and family relationships, as well as his student-centered approach, will serve him well in his continued administrative role.
